Pauline Brown


Pauline is a caring, non-judgemental and supportive psychologist. She offers counselling to adults to improve their mental health, with a particular focus on clients dealing with issues around depression, anxiety, grief and loss. Her aim is to support people in building coping strategies and finding more meaning and purpose in their lives.

She integrates a range of therapy styles into her sessions, including cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy and interpersonal therapy.  She also has trained as a Dance Movement Therapist and brings an understanding of the connection between the body and mind. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings and has a background in nursing and creative arts therapy.
